ChromaLuxe Metal Prints (24" Ă— 36" Limited Edition)

Why ChromaLuxe is Special

ChromaLuxe metal prints are incredibly durable and require minimal maintenance. The image is infused directly into the metal surface through dye-sublimation, making it scratch-resistant, moisture-resistant, and fade-resistant.

Cleaning ChromaLuxe Prints

Cleaning is simple and straightforward:

  1. Use a soft, lint-free cloth (microfiber cloth works best)
  2. Dampen the cloth slightly with water or a mild household cleaner
  3. Gently wipe the surface in a circular motion
  4. Dry with a clean, soft cloth
  5. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals

Note: ChromaLuxe prints do not require glass protection, making them easier to clean and maintain than traditional framed prints.

Display Recommendations

  • Hang in areas with indirect or controlled lighting to minimize UV exposure
  • Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods
  • ChromaLuxe prints can be displayed in bathrooms and kitchens due to moisture resistance
  • Maintain room temperature and avoid extreme temperature fluctuations
  • Keep away from heat sources (radiators, fireplaces, etc.)

Longevity & Guarantee

All ChromaLuxe metal prints are backed by our 65-year lifetime no-fade guarantee, based on independent testing by Wilhelm Imaging Research. When displayed under normal indoor conditions, your print will maintain its vibrant colors and sharp detail for generations.

Framed Paper Prints (8.5" Ă— 11" & 13" Ă— 19")

Cleaning Framed Prints

To clean your framed print:

  1. Use a soft, dry cloth to dust the frame and glass regularly
  2. For fingerprints or smudges on glass, use a glass cleaner and soft cloth
  3. Never spray cleaner directly onto the glass—spray onto the cloth first
  4. Avoid touching the print surface directly
  5. Do not remove the print from its frame for cleaning

Display Recommendations

  • Hang away from direct sunlight to prevent fading
  • Use UV-protective glass (already included in our frames)
  • Maintain stable temperature and humidity levels
  • Avoid hanging in bathrooms or areas with high humidity
  • Keep away from heat sources and vents
  • Hang securely using appropriate wall anchors for the frame weight

General Care Guidelines

Handling

  • Always handle prints with clean, dry hands
  • Hold by the frame edges, not the glass or print surface
  • When moving, support the entire frame from underneath
  • Never stack prints face-to-face

Environmental Conditions

  • Temperature: Maintain between 65-75°F (18-24°C)
  • Humidity: Keep between 40-60% relative humidity
  • Lighting: Use indirect or controlled lighting; avoid direct sunlight

If you need to store your print temporarily:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light
  • Keep in original packaging if possible
  • Store flat or upright, never leaning
  • Protect from dust, moisture, and pests
  • Do not store in attics, basements, or areas with extreme temperature fluctuations

What to Avoid

  • Direct sunlight or intense UV exposure
  • Extreme temperatures (below 32°F or above 100°F)
  • High humidity or moisture (for paper prints)
  • Abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals
  • Touching the print surface directly
  • Placing near heat sources or vents
